A born and bred Brooklyn girl, Amanda Greenbaum is back in the 718 after a four year hiatus at Connecticut College where she received her BA. She graduated with a major in psychology based human relations and a minor in dance. From swimming as a young child to being an avid surfer, wake-boarder and beach goer, Amanda comes to Imagine Swimming with a lifelong love of the water. She is coming into Imagine with 6 years of previous swim instruction experience at Hampton Country Day Camp in East Hampton, Long Island. Amanda holds many certifications including WSI, CPR/AED, Lifeguarding, First aid, SCUBA and EMT/EMS. She is also an accomplished cellist. Amanda loves working with children of all ages and has a goal of making every child love the water as much as she does!
