Alex has always been known by those closest to her as "a little fish." Her deep love of water grew into a competitive passion when she was nine. Alex went on to swim for eight years on club swim teams and four years on her high school team, where she was the team captain. Alex studied Education at Arizona State University, where she earned her BA in Secondary Education. During her college years, Alex began teaching swim lessons; she comes to Imagine with over four years of teaching experience in the water. To Alex, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing a child's confidence grow both in and out of the water!
